Parmesan Roasted Carrot Fries

These Parmesan Roasted Carrot Fries are quick to make, baked not fried, and make perfect snacks, side dishes, or appetizers! A perfect alternative to potato fries.

They taste like potato fries but are much firmer and sweeter. The slightly crispy texture with a sweet and tangy flavor is provided to the fries by the parmesan cheese.

Parmesan Roasted Carrot Fries

I just love dipping and eating crispy, seasoned fries. But those fries don’t really have to be made out of potatoes! Carrots make amazing fries. Tossed in some little olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and just the right seasoning and you have the healthiest fries to certify your cravings.

The truth is not everyone likes cooked carrots, so why not make these baked carrot fries for that one picky eater at your house.
